Depending on the number of workers and the location of the worksite, we can provide transportation with our vans. Also, workers can drive their own cars or take public transportation.
What are the hours of business for the offices when some one can be reached?

How many shifts do you support?
All three shifts
When can an order be placed to guarantee that is will be filled the next day. Can same day order be given?
To guarantee that your order will be filled the next day, it should be placed by 5:00 PM the previous business day. This allows us to properly screen, select, and confirm qualified workers for your needs.
Same-day orders may be accommodated depending on worker availability. We recommend placing urgent requests as early as possible to increase the chances of fulfillment. Please contact us directly to check same-day staffing options.
If a worker is sent back for performance issues, what is charge and policy for sending replacement?
If a worker does not meet performance expectations, please notify us as soon as possible. Our policy typically allows for a replacement at no additional charge within the first 4 hours of the shift. After this period, charges may apply based on the hours worked.
We will promptly send a qualified replacement to ensure minimal disruption to your operations. Please contact your staffing representative to discuss the situation and arrange for a suitable replacement. Your satisfaction is our highest priority.
How are accidents and workers comp claims handled?
All accidents or injuries are to be reported immediately to Workforce. For any serious injury, the worker should be cared for first using the clients standard injury procedures.
