What benefits do you offer?
We offer medical, dental, vision and other insurance options within 30 days of date of hire. 401k enrollment is available to all our employees and you will be able to begin making Elective Deferral Contributions on the first day of the calendar month, coincident with or next following the date you attain age 21 and complete 3 months of service.
Additional benefits are also available based on the assignment, such as sick pay, paid-time-off(PTO), holiday pay, and attendance bonuses.
If I have applied with Workforce before, do I need to apply again?
If you have previously applied, please contact your local office and ask if your application is active. They will look up your previous application and advise you if a new application is needed. Inactive applications are terminated one year from last paycheck, but it is simple to complete the onboarding as a rehire and the branch offices can email you an onboarding link.
Is my application secure?
Yes. All information submitted to us is secure and in compliance with state and/or federal guidelines.
How often are employees paid?
All employees are paid on a weekly basis.
How soon can I start working?
Job availability changes on a daily basis. Once you complete the application and on-boarding process, our staffing coordinators will match you to available jobs and offer you employment accordingly. There is the potential to be placed on an assignment the very next day.
